The Hertfordshire Hunt Club dates back to the 1700's, but amalgamated with the South Oxfordshire and Old Berkeley in the 1970's to become the Vale of Aylesbury. The hunt club still exists to manage the old Hertfordshire part of the country, and to raise funds for the main hunt.
